Orders Placed on ProDPI.com
When ordering from the ProDPI website, shipping options and pricing are automatically calculated based on the products in your cart and the shipping address entered. You can mix and match products across our entire product line in one shopping cart, and free flat rate shipping is available on orders over $50. There are no order minimums or fees when ordering online.
ProDPI.com currently supports shipping addresses within the United States.

Studio Shipping Services
For orders delivered to your shipping address on file, here's what you need to know:
- Standard studio shipping is free for orders that meet our $16.00 minimum order.
- Studio orders less than $16.00 are rounded up to meet the minimum.
- Saturdays and Sundays are not considered regular shipping days.
- Saturday delivery is included with the purchase of One Day Priority shipping when available in the delivery area.

Additional Notes:
- Duty & Taxes - ProDPI will collect the required GST or HST depending on the destination of the package. This will show up on your email confirmation and invoice as sales tax. ProDPI is the importer of the products, so you will not be billed any taxes or fees upon delivery.
- International Shipping invoices will show as a second invoice charge, as fees can only be determined after an order has been packaged and weighed. This invoice will be delivered via email.
Drop Shipping Services
For orders delivered directly to a client, friend, family member, or any address other than the one you have on file:
- Standard Drop Shipping has no order minimum. However, orders with Shipping Upgrades have a $16.00 order minimum.
- Separate orders with our Drop Ship service cannot be combined for shipment, even if they go to the same delivery address.
- Saturdays and Sundays are not considered shipping days.
